What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund of the purchase price and in the original packaging if possible. The invoice number must be quoted on all returns.  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 7 working days of receipt.
If there is extensive damage to the package on delivery, we suggest that you refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply contact our Customer Services.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage and packaging charges and any unwanted/exchanged items are returned at the cost of the sender. No returns can be accepted after 30 days.
